4. Appointments, Booking & Payment

Booking & Fees: Fees for clinic consultations, home visits, mentoring, and consultancy services are stated on the website or agreed upon before booking. For home visits, travel fees or geographic boundary requirements may apply and will be confirmed before booking.

Medical Fitness & Health Declarations: Patients receiving treatment or exercise guidance must disclose full and accurate medical histories, current conditions, and medications.

Home Visit Terms & Safety Requirements:

Suitable Environment: The client/patient must provide a safe, clean, well-lit, and smoke-free environment with sufficient space for the therapist to set up equipment and safely conduct the assessment/treatment.

Pets: Pets must be secured away from the treatment area for the duration of the visit.

Practitioner Safety: We reserve the right to refuse or immediately terminate a home visit if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or if the practitioner encounters aggressive, abusive, or unacceptable behaviour. In such cases, full appointment fees remain payable.

Chaperones: If required or requested, clients are welcome to have a family member, carer, or chaperone present during home visits.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

We request at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice (or as specified during your booking confirmation) for cancellations or rescheduling of clinic appointments, home visits, and telehealth sessions.

Late cancellations or non-attendances ("no-shows"), including instances where a practitioner arrives for a home visit but cannot gain entry, may incur a cancellation fee up to the full session value.

Telehealth / Online Consultations:

Clients participating in online/remote sessions are responsible for ensuring a safe environment and a stable internet connection.

Online consultations are subject to clinical suitability; if a condition requires hands-on assessment or close physical supervision, you may be advised to schedule an in-person clinic or home visit.
